  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Derma Stream is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

5.3. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 of receipt to report the issue. We may request photos or additional information to resolve the matter.

6.1. Money-Back Guarantee Eligibility

  • You can return your purchase within 60 days from the date of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.
  • To qualify, the product must be:
    • Returned in its original condition (e.g., no significant damage beyond normal wear).
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Please note: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for sale items or gift cards.

6.2. Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including a return shipping address.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

6.3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a refund or replacement.

6.4. Non-Refundable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
    • Gift cards.

  • Exchanges are offered if you wish to replace your product with the same item. If an exchange is unavailable due to stock, you may choose a refund instead.
